Steal My 7 Fill-in-the-Blank Facebook Post Templates
The exact two-step post templates behind some of the biggest posts in my community.
One post in my community reached 23,700 people and pulled 600 comments.
Another pulled 336 comments from speakers raising their hands. Another, offering to teach Amazon selling in exchange for feedback, reached 17,363 interested women.
None of them had a link in the post.
That’s not an accident.
That’s the two-step post system, and today I’m handing you the templates.
First, the rules of the format, because the templates only work inside the rules:
Short.
Color background.
Under 130 characters for most women-entrepreneur groups.
A hand-raise CTA with a comment keyword (”Comment TEMPLATES”), never “DM me for details,” because half the DMs land in spam and comments compound reach.
And NEVER a link in the post body.
You deliver in the comments, in DMs after they raise their hand, or inside your group.
Now the templates. Fill in the blanks:
1. “I help people with ______.” (An engagement magnet in business groups. People feel compelled to fill in the blank themselves.)
2. “Looking for ______.” (Christian entrepreneurs. Speakers. Women in San Diego. This calls out your exact right-fit audience by name.)
3. “Raise your hand if you ever ______.” (A common struggle your buyer feels weekly.)
4. “What’s your biggest challenge with ______?” (Market research AND engagement in one post. Save the answers; they’re your next ten posts.)
5. “Looking for [people] that want [outcome].” (The cleanest hand-raise there is.)
6. The thread post: “These 5 AI tools will write all your copy in minutes 👇” then list them ONE PER COMMENT. Commenters scramble the order, readers dig to find all five, dwell time explodes.
7. The experiment post: “I posted this in 10 groups every day for 30 days. Here’s what happened.” (Run a real experiment. Real numbers. Real story.)
Two disciplines that separate the women who win with these from the women who don’t:
The before-you-post ritual: leave 5 to 10 genuine comments in the group FIRST. It primes the algorithm on any platform.
Then post, stay for the first 30 minutes, and reply to everything with a question.
The testing doctrine: test posts weekly.
When one pops off, repost that same winner every week until it stops working.
One of my members found her winning hand-raise post and has run it weekly ever since, pulling hundreds of right-fit raises every single time.
Don’t reinvent. Repeat.
THE CHECKLIST (SAVE THIS)
1. Pick 2 templates and fill in your blanks tonight.
2. Make them color-background posts, under 130 characters.
3. Comment 5 to 10 times in the group before you post.
4. Post, stay 30 minutes, reply with questions, deliver what you promised.
5. Track which one pops. Then repost the winner weekly.
Next week I’m telling you the secret nobody in the visibility industry says out loud. It may shock you.
Subscribe so you don’t miss it.
xoxo,
Christina
